ENVIROHANDY ("we", "us", or "our") is an indoor environmental contractor serving Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. We provide mold remediation, moisture control, property cleanup, and restoration services.

We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit our website: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This is used solely for site security and analytics.

4. Google API & OAuth

Our booking system uses Google OAuth to allow staff members to authenticate and connect their Google Calendar for scheduling purposes. If you sign in with Google:

• We receive your name and email address from Google.
• We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or any Google data beyond your basic profile and, where you explicitly grant it, your Google Calendar availability.
• Google Calendar access is used only to check and create availability for service appointments.
• You may revoke our access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain form state. We may use Google Analytics (or similar) to understand aggregate site traffic. These analytics tools may set their own cookies; you can opt out via your browser settings or a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Service request and booking records are kept for a minimum of three years for business and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
